Australian orders
mini whisk delivers Australia-wide using Australia Post regular Post. All orders are packed in crush-proof boxes for you to receive a gorgeous crush-proof gift.
* A FLAT RATE of $8.00 applies (no matter how BIG or small the order) to all aprons and gifts/accessories.
* A FLAT RATE of $10.00 applies to each children's gift hamper box posted.
Orders will be posted as soon as funds are cleared.
Although rare, from time to time there may be an unexpected or unavoidable delivery delay. Should this occur, you will always be notified immediately by our team.
International orders
mini whisk delivers internationally using Australia Post air mail. Estimated time of delivery is usually within 7 business days. See charges below, for parcels weighing up to 750grams. Should your parcel weigh more than 750grams, mini whisk will contact you to advise of additional postage charges.-

Should there be additional taxes imposed, mini whisk will let you now and the cost will be borne by the customer. Also, overweight or oversize gift hamper boxes posted may incur additional delivery costs. You will be notified in this instance and advised of additional postage charges.
We cannot be held responsible for any deliveries not received via Australia Post. We do however recommend registered post insurance, for an additional charge of $2.70. Please let us know by email if you are wanting to take advantage of this service.
Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for items that are damaged.
Customer service and satisfaction is our priority
Every item is inspected prior to despatching. In the rare occurrence your product is found to be defective or damaged, mini whisk will happily exchange your purchase (tags and packaging intact and item not worn/used or washed). Please let us know within 7 days.
mini whisk does not refund or exchange due to change of mind.
Should you receive an item unsuitable due to sizing etc. please contact us and we will happily replace the product to your satisfaction. Goods must have tags and packaging intact and item not worn/used or washed. Please note, the cost of postage will be borne by the customer.

If you have a special request... would like something included in your hamper... simply a different apron colour...substitute a cotton apron in our gift hamper boxes for a waterproof one... please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements. mini whisk is happy to help out!
